Combination of ESP & UV ozone technology to remove smoke, grease, oil and odour in the kitchen ventilation system.
First stage large amounts of grease and oil is collected on the stainless pre-filter.
At the second stage electrostatic cells receive an electrically charge to remove smoke and collected grease and oil particulate on the cell.
The end process the use of uv technology to inject pure ozone into the ductwork to eliminate and neutralise cooking odour keeping ductwork clean of grease and oil build up reducing potential fire risk.
